Cancellations: The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. To ensure the highest level of service we do ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to treatment to alleviate cancellation fee.

Comfort: This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it is room temperature, massage pressure or volume of music, please let us know if you require anything altered.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, which will allow time to change, relax wtih a beverage, and complete the necessary health questionaire, prior to beginning your treatment. Arriving late will limit the length of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. All treatments will end on time so no appointments are delayed.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
